At NoSaints.pk, we aim to deliver the best experience with every order. We sell pre-loved sneakers and clothing, and we ensure each item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

When Can You Return or Exchange?

You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:

You received the wrong item.

The item has a major defect or damage that was not shown in pictures or described in the product details.

Note: Since all our products are pre-loved, minor signs of use are expected and not considered valid reasons for return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

- We offer 5 days easy return/exchange policy in case if there is a size issue or you are not satisfied with the product
Share your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
Once approved, ship the item back to us within 3 days (shipping cost is covered by the buyer).
After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return.

Refund Policy

We offer cash refunds only in specific cases:

You received the completely wrong product, or

The item has serious undisclosed defects.

In all other situations:

We offer store credit or exchange, valid for your next purchase.

This allows us to manage costs while still keeping your trust.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including errors in product details, pricing, stock issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Notification via email or phone will be provided when feasible.

6. Payments & Billing You must make payment using one of the accepted gateway methods. All charges are in PKR. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery Free shipping on orders above PKR 1500 (Islamabad & Rawalpindi only).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are typically processed the same day; otherwise, processing occurs the next business day.

Delivery times vary by location; expect 1–3 days in major urban centers.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
